Mr. Boulton also provides at his own expense proper offices for carrying on the business & warehouse Room for The Copper & the  coin when it is struck, he pays the cost of bringing the copper from the smelting houses in Wales to Birmingham & bears the interest of his outlay, from the time his manufacture Commences till the Coin is Paid for, which is one month at least from after the Time of its delivery to the Purchaser, at whatever distance from Birmingham he may reside, & seldom so little as 3 months in the whole.

Mr. Boulton also takes upon himself the Risque of all bad debts, corresponds with all the Purchasers of Coin who are very numerous, Pays the postage of their letters which is considerable, & renders an account of his proceedings to his employers as often as they choose to demand it from him, he has not brought them in any contingent bill whatever hitherto, that he has coind a Thousand tons in a year & will in Future on account of improvements in his manufactory coin a considerably greater Quantity in future 1200 Tons at Least .
