or Administrators Provided also and it is hereby declared
and agreed by and between all the said parties to these Presents that the said John Campbell and Robert Campbell the Younger and such Trustees or Trustee as aforesaid their Executors Administrators and Assigns shall each of them be charged and chargeable only for such monies as they shall respectively actually receive by virtue of these Presents and that the one of them shall not be answerable or accountable for the other or others of them or for the Acts Deeds Neglects receipts or defaults of the other of them but each of them for his own acts Deeds neglects receipts or defaults only AND also that it shall and may be lawful for the said trustees and the survivor of them his Heirs Executors and Administrators in the first place by and out of the trust monies to deduct and reimburse themselves respectively AND also to allow to each other all such losses costs charges and expenses as they any or either of them may at any time or times pay sustain expend or be put unto for or by reason of the trusts hereby in them reposed or in the management or execution thereof notwithstanding
their or either of them acting professionally in relation thereto.  AND the said John Campbell and Robert Campbell the Younger

each of them for himself his Heirs Executors or Administrators respectively and not the one for the other of them Doth hereby covenant with the said Sir George Gipps Knight and with his successors Governor of the said Colony that they the said John Campbell and Robert Campbell the Younger shall and will in all things fulfil perform and execute the trusts of these Presents and render an account to the said Governor and his successors when they shall be called upon for that purpose
