have another good effect (beside the saving of the Cloathing) which is that on their coming on shore the Cloathing would all be ready to put on and in case of any sickness or distemper on the passage they could be cleaned of their old clothes (which would be nearly worn out) might be destroyed for fear of communicating any infection - independent of the credebillity of their appearance when landed.

Bed & Bedding
The same Beds & Bedding as has been usual to be allowed is sufficient & which may be taken on shore with the Convicts on their arrival. This would be a saving to Government.

Cabbins and Bulk Heads 
These articles being only for the use of the Convicts on the Passage remain on the Ship.

Irons & Handcuffs
These being only for securing the Convicts on board on the Passage re main in the Ship.

Soap Two pounds Pr month for each Mess of Six Convicts
This has been found to be fully sufficient for the purpose. But if ishued to them once in every forthnight it would be better.
