One in ten. Bulmore told me not to, many years ago. I travel I think more than any in the Division (except perhaps the Supply Officer who has his own car) and I have had to spend 300 francs on a machine to do my work on, being allowed neither horse nor motor cycle, anyway it keeps me from getting fat, and I have a grievance, which is a real luxury.
