The German public, judging from extracts from their Press are convinced that the Germans have already practically conquered the world and the only question that remains is as to how much of it they should retain. The Kut business was bad but a continuation of the Russian successes would materially alter the whole aspect of the war.
Please remember me very kindly to the Bench. It is a far cry from London to the Banco Court, but I think you know almost as much of what is going on as most people know in London.
