Dear Judge Ferguson,
I have to inform you that the following cablegram respecting your son has been received from the Premier (now in London), dated 26th instant.-
"Please inform Judge Ferguson Premier has seen his son before he left for Scotland. Greatly improved, no visible effect of shock, speech apparently quite restored; am writing fully."
