& rapid recovery from what might have been a much more grave condition. He is a little thin on it but that will soon come right: he has slight paresis or loss of power in right arm & leg, so slight now as not to be noticeable to the professional eye unless looked for & he has still some loss of sensation on that side, the latter condition is improving all the time. His speech is still a little affected; he carries on a conversation quite well for the most part but has to choose his words occasionally
