1750 some Chap not the trade of the S.S.C made perpetual the Treaty of madrid Gave up all Claim of a Right in the S.S.Company to trade & to Spain's to W Indies by an annual Ship. all the Right of trade with the South Seas which originated by Compact with Spain is destroyd but the SS.C may resume her original Trade if She Can Get Property or other priveleges  of Licences from Spain

1751  the Co promised to accept 4 per ct  for a Time & the 3 per ct for their Capital  of 3,662,748 S on act was payd accordingly 24 G. 2nd & the Co. gave up all Claims on the Court of Spain
