What plan does this refer to, no plans are to my hand with the case and the new acts of Parliament not sent to me before has only the river bane [Bain] and the Canal, which does not show the Dalderly Cut.
Answer: The Dalderley Cut in the Champions 20 Acres on Bowers Plan wch was taken from Mr Clitherow to [send?] Sir Joseph to the best of J.P' recollection, but J.P sends here with a plan received from Mr Brackenburys office wch he has given a receipt to [Zitowitz?] ?.
