My Tenant Entered into an agreement with me on the
    27th Oct 1807
    To Keep Hedges ditches &c in Repair & Leave
       them so
     To Cultivate his Land according to a Schedule
         annexd
      To pay £5 an acre Rent for all Lands he should
         Crop in other manner than as directed by the Schedule
£
Can this agreement be Stampd  & made  Valid &  if
     so at what expence
Can the agreement be pleaded as a Parol agreement
     of which the Printed  agreement is a memorandum
   The [Reverd?] who witnessed it can certainly swear to
     the tenant having verbaly agreed to what he signed

in Case G. attempts to Let the land
   a years rent must  be immediately demanded & in
   Case it is not paid  a bailif must attend & take a
   [destrels?] a few days  before the Sale without Credit
  an action must  be immediately Commenced  for the 
   damage done by Leaving my  [Tenency?] in bad  Condition
   &c &c &c.
The person who hires must have  notice this the hiring
   is not Legal as I had no power to underlet
He must have a Copy of the agreement  Schedule  servd on him
