? ought B to be allowed 2 acres more than an equal division to pay for his Barn & C lose two acres in order to equalise the advantages of occupation between them or, C give B a Barn the value of £30 or two acres
No C has from the situation of his house always enjoyed a superiority of advantage in occupying the Common field over B. & this as a natural right should not be taken away
The words of the Act are Quantity Quality & situation considerd that is that each should have an allotment Proportiond to the Quantity & Quality that is the value of his Land & in that value every advantage of situation is evidently to be included in the value
Compensation might as justly be required for the disadvantage of bad Quality as of Bad situation the evident meaning
