Mr. Owen to Lay the Case before Lamb or any on[e] [indecipherable] he may chuse.

Sir - Mr. Waite
I have receivd the Case which I am well satisfied with & forwarded it to Mr. Owen.

As I do not think it becoming in me to proceed in a suit of this nature without making some acknow offer of accommodation I desire you will propose the following to Mr. Barley.

Sir Joseph Banks is ready to stop all proceeding provided Mr. Denby will pay all costs to the end of the last year & the amercement set upon him by the same Jury of £60.
