All persons of Science whose pursuits Lead to study with diligence any subject branch of the Sciences which may be benefited either by the trust or the Collections in the museum to apply to the Trustees to whose discretion the Terms of admission must be left to permit them under the immediate inspection of the officer of each department to study regard being always had that too many persons are not admitted at the same time & that due preference be always given to those who declare an intention of publishing their remarks

Long vacation 4 months weeks}
attendance of all officers exept the from so attendant Librarians from 10 till 4
all person who reside in the house to give Reasonable attendance & to occupy
themselves diligently in their respective employment of their time their this attendance the Trustees to be judges from time to time & to [re]move such officers who neglect their duties in the museum & occupy themselves in other pursuits or in idleness
