The Negroe business I see will be put off till next session. I dare say the Privy Council have taken great pains to investigate the affair. The Conduct of the Premier, seems a little mysterious. In this Country many are Vociferous, their Complexions are the same as those in the time of Oliver Cromwell and I think this mistaken Philanthropy, had its Origin, from our late Revollers in America to run the Sugar Islands, and this Island in consequence.
Dr Hope will have the Honr of delivering this Letter, he has a mind to go for a few Months to France, but will be guided by your opinion. The Son of our late valuable Friend and his own Worth will secure your good offices to him.
