is unfortunate that I should be confined at this time, otherwise the collection would have been much more extensive, our new nursery man Mr Smith, brought out, in high preservation, as good collection of plants however we still want a great many of those I pointed out to the Directions last year, particularly a large supply of Myrtus [Pincuta?]
Agrastis [indecipherable] of Konig is too valuable a grass to permit one to let it remain longer neglected, I have therefore sent three large packages of the [seed?] by Peter Good, the person who has charge of the plants for the Royal Gardens, one is for you, one for those Gardens & the third for St Helena
