Treasury take this liberty with Sr. Joseph Banks & should be happy to point them out to him which should Sr. Joseph Banks approve of - WR will be happy in having his Interests in forwarding it.

WR assures Sr. Joseph Banks that his wishes are moderate & that the greatest Spur that has actuated him in this Business is the Situation of the Colony.  Should he be fortunate enough to procure it he never wishes to hold it one moment beyond that time when it shall be proved he did not do that Justice to his employers that he now proffeses.  WR hopes Sr. Joseph Banks will be Kind enough to excuse the great liberty he has taken & be Kind enough to give WR an Answer.
