I hope there is nothing on my part to be done with respect to my being superceded, but that the authority which appoints me in the one case will direct every thing to be done that is necessary in the other. Again My Dear Sir I hope to have the happyness of seeing you very soon - pray excuse the haste I am writing to you in being obliged to proceed off to my ship again in duty which is immediately necessary.
