If Your Majesty should consider this representation as important & intrusive, still entreats that Your Majesty will graciously pardon an Error that proceeds not from presumptuous levity and forwardness, from intemperate confidence, or from self sufficiency, but from a real zeal, and dutiful Integrity of heart:  But if, as he ardently wishes and aspires to hope, Your Majesty should favourably listen to it, he begs leave, in addition to it, respectfully to state that for his character he could wish to refer to Your Majesty's Rt Honble Privy Councellor, Sir Joseph Banks.
