8 Suffolk Street [indecipherable]
Sir
The inclosed from Suter I received yesterday on my return - I have been thinking over the business of the Young Man, & I can see no objection to his going in the Porpoise; where he can be received on board, as one of my Family; so that there will be no necessity of troubling either Sect. of State, or Navy Board about the business - the people I shall get him to map with, will be the Boats' Gunner, or Carpenter; who are not warranted as Officers - I will be much obliged to you, for the [indecipherable] of the No of Reports of the Select Committee, you were so kind to show me Yester - as I wish to transcribe two or three Things out of it, for my private use - if you can spare it the servant will wait your Commands - I am very Respectfully
Sir Your obliged Hble Servant
