So stupid are all our Birmingham Glass pinchers that I could scarcely get any one to undertake ye makeing of ye drops, beads &c: but at length prevaild upon one to promise them, who when ye day ariv'd for ye delivery, informd me he could not make them. I then set one of our own Workmen at Soho about them & I believe he will compleat them by Tuesday eveng. so that you will receive them on Thursday [by?] Coach & at the same time you shall receive all the Medals I durst not strike any Silver ones as the dye for ye reverse provd unsound & crackd in a very ugly manner the very first blow. As I am this evening sending several Boxes & Coach to Lord Kerry in Portman Square I have inclosed 2 Doz of Medals that you may see their faults they are seald up & I beg youd send some body on Wednesday morng for them If time wd. have permitted I would have sunk a new reverse dye but I darst not attempt it. The loop being forgot untill ye dyes were hardened
