I have the pleasure to inform you of our safe arrival here this afternoon with the Septre of 64 guns and a fleet of 20 sail of Merchantmen under her convey from St Helena; consisting of 9 East Indiamen - 4 Sugar Ships - 1 whaler and 6 Dutch East Indiamen prizes to the Septre, there were two more of them but they proved so leaky on the passage home that their crews were oblige to quit them, one was set on fire after saving a small part of the cargo
