which I have always done by a Ratio of the importance of the papers & the priori[ty] of delivery we have now only 3 meetings more before the long vacation two of which must of necessity be filld or nearly so by the Annual Lectures as they are called upon the Bakerian & Cutlerian establishments & near 30 minutes of the next must be spent in finishing a paper which was began before I receivd yours Now then supposing I was able to give yours (which will take 35 minutes reading at the least) a preference over all other papers already on hand some of which I have in very [indecipherable] deliverd in long ago I do not guess
