Mazar & then came over us and dropped four well out of the way about a mile off & then went home. He generally comes over about lunch time, but the other morning he nearly caught us by coming over before breakfast, being almost overhead before we spotted him, however he must have had bigger game in his mind for he dropped no luggage on us.
There seem to be an enormous number of Scorpions & centipedes around here, which make very unpleasant bedfellows. Saw one centipede among the rations at Railhead (129K.) fully 6" long, a beauty – R.I.P.
