Tuesday 28
Got up fresh as daiseys, had a wash & breakfast then went up to see dad.
After dinner went out w/- an old Pal from Liverpool Harry Grove
sent £10 home & had a real good time
turned in 11.30 pm.

Wednesday 29
Very quiet all day reading & poking about
Very hot & sultry after sundown cools off
Play cards w/- dad & the boys
Write letter & up my Diary
Turn in at 11 pm.
