It looked a good bit if engineering work, to watch the train moving slowly round the mountain, gradually getting higher all the time. They also have electric trams. The industry of the town is lead mining.

Anchored at Island called Margarita.
30 Mar 16
Left Margarita & went to another island called Testigos. Some of the officers & ships company went ashore for a swim in the evening. There were a great number of small fishing yachts going to & from the island.
31 Mar 16
Left Testigos at 12 noon bound for St Lucia.
1 April 16
Arrived St Lucia at 7 a.m. & tied up alongside coal pier. Natives coaled ship. After finishing coaling went out
