By William Bligh Esq.r Captain of His Majesty's Ship Porpoise, and Senior officer of His Majesty's Ships and vessels employed on the coast of New-South-Wales, &c  &c  &c        

     Captain Putland continuing in a State of total incapacity to do his duty, and proceed to Sea, in his Majesty's Ship Porpoise.

     You are hereby required and directed to proceed to get the Ship ready for sea, with the utmost dispatch, and having so done, report to me, in order to receive farther directions.
