found totally incapable of proceedingt o Sea on account of extreme ill-health, by Survey of the fifth instant.

     You are, therefore, hereby required and directed to proceed with his Majesty's Ship Porpoise to the Derwent, where you are to deliver the provisions, and stores, which have been shipp'd [shipped] on board her, for that purpose, together with my dispatches, for Lieutenant Governor Collins; and you are to return to Port Jackson, with the utmost dispatch.

Given under my Hand at Government-House, Sydney, in New-South-Wales, this 8th day of October 1807.
