                           Let notice be given to all Persons who neglect to occupy the houses allotted to them in the Royal new mint, that the Conditions of Residence will be strictly enforced, and in case any of these houses should be unoccupied by the Person to whom it has been allotted at michelmes next, or at any time after, without  sufficient Reason given, Let the master & worker Resume Possession of it the same & Reallott it to such that person belonging to the mint, whose Residence on the spot he then has most will be most conducive to the advantage of the Public Service in the mint        
Let a Copy of this minute be transmitted to the master & worker of the R Mint who is to act accordingly
