1915Apr. 3 SatGreat bustle & activity – The remaining two Brigades of the 1st Division are to leave Mena for unknown destination about 12 or 13000 men – First Troops to march out were 500 of the 4th Infantry who left about 4 p.m. to-day –Troops marching out all through the night.Record day in Hospital. 115 patients admitted & 205 discharged leaving us with 429.No word concerning move of No. 2.
