Board of Longitude is to be pd. by a Bill upon the Treasurer of the Navy, or by a Treasury Warrant, without any intimation from this office.

In case he is to be pd. by the Navy Bd., is his salary to be encreased to Guineas in like manner as the other salaries are augmented.
