5th.   That they be Coind by the members of the Royal Mint & not at any Private press

This Last may be wavd in the Present instance as the Issue is so Small as to make it no Object, and as Boulton has already given in a Proposal, in future applications which are very likely Soon to be made, if the Royal Mint is used it will put Some profit into the hands of Persons the moneyers who now Complain of their situation and ask for a Compensation for their want of Employment without enhancing the value of the peices, enough to hazard the introduction of Counterfeits
