Sydney, November 17, 1791

My Dear Sir,

As I have desired the Officer who goes home with the despatches, Lt Creswell of the Marines, to call on you, I shall make my letter short, and only thank you for your three letters & the plants, which came very safe.

You will hear that we are likely to have a fishery established on this Coast and which must be of great advantage to the Colony. Three Ships have returned on account of the bad weather they met with, One, the Britannia
