An order was given this evening, to weare lifebelts day & night. How tired we will get of them, and anything that will float is not to be thrown overboard in the day time. Usual services today. Was on Guard this morning, But the Submerine Guard was put on so only did 3 hours No more bugle calls are to be sounded Y.M.C.A gave out chewing gum

Trouble about tucker today. It was not of the best Convoy does not keep the same formation. Changed several times today. We are running last in the left row tonight. The Cruiser has been out of sight all day. Sports in afternoon. Our final Lut A H Gurnsey admitted to hospital One of the Sub Guard let his rifle off by mistake. Bullet
