enjoy will fully encourage every possible purpose of such an undertaking.

Suppose then that on condition of £10,000 being Recd in the first instance & the subscribers made into a body corporate with power to increase their capital, that orders be transmitted to the Governor of N.S. Wales to allot to the new Corporation a million of acres of Land for Sheep veltes in Lots of 100,000 acres each & at such places as their agents shall fix upon not being within 5 miles of any Settlement or intended Settlement, one Lot to be immediately put into their posession another granted as soon as they have 50,000 sheep on the first & so on in succession.

Provided however that every part of these grants shall be resumable by the Governor for the time being in such parcels as he shall find expedient for the purpose of Locating them to individuals as their absolute property on condition on condition of an that a quantity of Land equal to those which has been resumd, being in all cases granted to the Corporation for Sheep veltes.  No Land however on which buildings of the value of £100 or upwards shall have been erected by the Corporation or within one furlong of such buildings shall be resumable by the Governor without 5 years notice & payment of the value of the buildings.

The Corporation to be restricted to the Number of one Sheep an acre on their Sheep veltes.
