Commanding.<br/>H.M.A.T. 30<br/>2nd September, 1916.</p><p>COURT OF INQUIRY<br/>The undermentioned Officers will assemble in the Saloon at 1130 this day, to inquire into and report upon the circumstances leading to the death of<br/>No.5414 Private Francis Michael McDonall<br/>2nd Battalion.<br/>PRESIDENT.<br/>Lieut. Colonel Farr.<br/>MEMBERS.<br/>Major Rignetti<br/>Major D'Arcy.<br/>All witness will be warned to attend.</p><p>OBITUARY.<br/>The Officer Commanding Troops, regrets to announce the death on board of No. 5414 Private Francis Michael McDonall, 2nd Battalion.<br/>Funeral will take place at 1100 on the After Well Deck. All troops will parade in Service Dress. The Permanent Guard will provide a Firing Party of 1 N.C.O. and 6 men.<br/>A.P. NEVRY. Lieut.
