I have not the least predilection for Mr Cadel or any other printer, & must trust entirely to your judgement in everything of that sort, as I dare say that you will feel your way thro' Stephens whither the Admiralty have any wish upon that subject.
All my whole feelings in these minute parts of the business are to give as little umbrage as possible to those who have authority in their hands, for if they have any job of choice about the printer, such a trifle might destroy the whole.
