nearly up to Paschendale Ridge which the Canadians took later. A lot killed this morning including our platoon Officer. Leiut. Bennett Our Colonel was killed & the Doctor Lost a foot. Wounded about 8-30 am taken up to the Dressing Station in a motor lorry. And went from there to the Canadian C.C.S. near pope Poperinge. From here we went by Hosp train to the American Hosp at Camiers.
