Should it be deemd advisable under these Circumstances to Permit the Dies that have been prepard at the Royal Mint to be Sent to Ceylon, no Objection Can be made against the Proposal of Purchasing Such Rolling Mills as were usd in the Mint in the Tower, it may be well however to Observe that they are Horse mills upon a very old & inferior construction, & are besides nearly worn out
