To send out one Family at least every year.
4 years we sent 6 a bushel of Corn paid into the [indecipherable] 10 more a Quarter of do. do., 10 more a shilling an acre for all cleard Land in case after 4 years stay they chuse it to bring them back home & the lease to be void.
