Commissary is to draw bills instead of the Governor

Wine cannot be expected till the year 1803

Convicts have emigrated to India

One american brought 30,000 Gals. of spirits but was not sufferd to land them

600 united Irish in the Colony 3 Priests

3 inundations of the Hawkebury between Decr. 2 & 3d March by which half the grain in the Colony has been destroyd & much of the Live stock

5515 inhabitants 2736 maintain themselves 2779 are on the stores

28  weeks animal feed, March 10 1801

Contract with Mr Morgan Campbell of Calcutta for 150 cows at £28 each

70 children separated & Lodgd at the expence of the Colonists a large house building at the expence of the Colonists

Individuals have 150 Female Cattle 140 male 4040 Female sheep 3000 male 4500 swine 2300 goats

Grant had orders to Deliver the Lady Nelson & her stores to Govr. King & had commission for the supply

The Seamen were agreed with to be dischargd when they came to N.S.W.  Grant was reappointed by King to the Lady Nelson.  None of the old seamen chose to enter at Kings wages.
