Mr Agar Proposes to the Commee that the Drawing of the Statue produced to the Commee with an Engraving of it by him of the Same Size will be charged --------£315

The Bas reliefs to be developd on another Plate in Simple at line upon the Same Scale & Engraved by him included in the above charge

Mr Agar Engages to Deliver the Plates Finishd  & Fittd for the Printer on Lady day 1814 or Sooner if Possible  Mr Westmacot offers to Guantee Guarantee the Punctualy  of Mr Agars Performance of this Engagement

The Commee Accept the Engagement offerd by Mr Agar under Mr  Westmacots Guarantee & as they are Conscious that they have in Some degree sacrificed the interest of the Subscribers by Granting so great a Length of time they expect that the Engagement will be Punctualy  [fulfilld?] one half of the Price to be Paid on the delivery of a Proof of the Etching, then after
