Memorandum made at the meeting

Sir Joshua Reynolds undertakes that in case sufficient money is not sucribd [subscribed] to defray the increased expense of erecting Dr. Johnsons Monument in St. Pauls that he will pay the sum that shall be wanting & Mr. Bacon undertakes to erect the monument upon Sir Joshuas credit.
