been guilty whilst Sentinel over the above Man, when confined on board the Fortune of suffering him to get Drunk and was at the same time himself fresh with Liquor.

I beg to request your advice as to the Punishment of the Latter Man concerning an Example absolutely requisite for the safety of the Fortune and the govt of His Majesty's Service.
