I yesterday forwarded to the Princess Dowager of Orange the interesting & valuable Papers your Ladyship did me the honor to send me & to accompany with a Letter of Your own. I am sure I only anticipate the Princess's wishes & the commands I shall receive from Her Royal Highness by expressing the grateful sense HRH entertains of all your kindness & particularly of the trouble Sir Joseph has so obligingly taken to commit to paper himself the method approved of by Him for the cultivation of Pines, & which produces such admirable fruit at
