Sir

Enclosed is Master Goods last letter to me, it is dated 16 of Febry.  I hope He is not drown'd by the way.   I have from day to day sent enquiries to the Scotch Wharf without hearing of Him.  I wish He would answer for Himself.

I have heartfelt satisfaction informing you His Majesty is materially better.  The R.H. The Duke of Kent has told me so this afternoon.  The King slept eight Hours last night & is to day quite another Man.
