The information we get from Vessels which come out from the Texel & Helvoet, assures us there are no Troops on the Sea Coast or any thing like preparations for an Expedition. De Winter however has his Flag on board of one of the Ships at Helvoet, which we see occasionally, and to day, by an American Ship from Amsterdam, we have been informed there are fifteen Schooner Gun Boats which are to be sent through the Canal to Rotterdam as soon as they are ready. You may rely on me my Dear Sir if I catch Mr. De Winter I'll make him tell who took him on the 11th. of October.
