My Dear Sir
I am happy to inform you that I am now able to sail with a prospect of getting down channel - the Wind being at NW & fair weather. Farewell my Dear Sir be assured of everything being done by me that is possible for a human Being to accomplish - With my sincere wishes that I may see you in good health on my return I remain with the greatest regard Dear Sir your very Affectionate Hmbl servant
