I have written to you two letters by Whale Fishers, dated the 7th & 29th of Nov., this however may be the first that you will receive as perhaps their Route will not be directly home. I am anxious to write by every opportunity, but this will be the last for some time -- I wish you the most perfect enjoyment of health and ever think of you with the greatest regard -- Farewell My Dear Sir I shall ever remain with great truth and attatchment Your faithfull & most

I have just now news brought me that Capt. Hunter is [drive?] from his Anchors to Sea, & that it is a doubt if he gets in again. His Purser & Doctor is on shore, and to the former a Mr. Walker I have intrusted this letter to deliver to you. -- I have drawn 100 Rix Dollars on the Treasury for the use of Mr. Miles & Smith in getting a number of Plants, and their common expences. -- An opportunity offers by way of Frances, I therefore shall write a few lines by a Mr. Gordon from Bengal, to you & the Admiralty
