I have reason to say that Passengers who were to go out in the William Pit and afterwards in the Porpoise are trying to go out in the Ship with me, whereby I may be incommoded to the injury of my health. 

I beg My dear Sir you will do me the favor to represent these circumstances without loss of time as the ship Lady Sinclair at present taken up is fitting, and I wait to know how I am to be disposed of, before I begin to lay in my stores, and I propose sailing in September.
