I do agree to Refer the Dispute between me & Sr. Jos. Banks's Rent Masters Relative to thirty Heiffers of mine which were driven off the Fen because they were not Branded to the determination of Mr. B. Stephenson of Mareham & to be bound by his decision upon it Provided the said Rent Masters agree to be bound by it also.
